Mars Campers About the Role This is a Melbourne HQ, Victoria based role.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across a range of digital and traditional channels in line with the company’s broader marketing objectives. The position will conduct market research, analyse market trends and customer behaviour, coordinate marketing and promotional activities, and provide recommendations to the Marketing Manager regarding marketing strategy, brand positioning and the identification of new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans and campaigns in consultation with the Marketing Manager and in line with the company’s broader marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity and market conditions to identify marketing opportunities.
- Provide advice and recommendations to the Marketing Manager regarding marketing strategies, market positioning, product promotion and opportunities for business growth.
- Initiate digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites and other online platforms.




- Develop plan and coordinate marketing and promotional content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns and initiate promotional activities across digital and traditional media channels.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and customer data and prepare reports and recommendations for the Marketing Manager.
- Monitor market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of product launches and promotional strategies.
- Liaise and coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and other stakeholders regarding marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing and communication channels.

We are looking for a marketing qualified to work closely with and report to our Marketing Manager, assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage customers and support continued business growth.
