What you'll do

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements on various platforms and managing responses from candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Participate in conducting interviews alongside senior team members, gaining insights into effective interviewing techniques.
- Help prepare onboarding materials and documents for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary information before their start date.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and onboarding progress in our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies for improving the recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and specifications to attract the right talent for various roles within the organization.
- Engage in employer branding initiatives to promote Ahkgroup as an employer of choice in the market.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and responding to general inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing recruitment processes and practices.

Requirements





- A strong interest in human resources, recruitment, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.

Nice to have

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, which can be beneficial in understanding candidate needs.
