This full-time role is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of commercial appliances, including boiling/chilled water units, dishwashers, fridges and other kitchen equipment.

What you'll be doing

- Service, diagnose and repair a variety of commercial appliances, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
- Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing on commercial appliances to ensure optimal performance
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain detailed records of all work completed and parts used
- Comply with all relevant safety and quality standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery

What we're looking for





- Proven experience as an appliance technician with a refrigeration, plumbing or electrical background, with a focus on commercial appliances
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial appliance repair and maintenance is required
- Technical expertise in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of commercial appliances
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Relevant trade qualifications or certificates, electrical and plumbing favourable.
- Current Australian driver's license
- Current or ability to obtain a clear police check
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children check
- Australian permanent residency status is required for this position
