Maintenance Experts – Fortitude Valley QLD is seeking a Level 1 Support Programmer to join our Brisbane team. You will assist customers using MEX software by phone, email and Teams, investigate issues with SQL data, and collaborate with Development and Product teams to resolve problems.
The role targets those with SaaS support experience who enjoy solving problems, working directly with customers, and building a long-term career in software technology.
