As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Head Baker & Production Manager to lead our Back of House team.

About You To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate III in Baking or equivalent trade qualification.
- At least five years' commercial baking experience.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a bakery team.
- Experience producing bread, pastries, pies, cakes and other baked goods.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- A commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products.
