After two years of building Aqua Kitchen & Bar into one of the Clarence Valley's most highly regarded dining destinations, we're looking for an exceptional couple to come on board and lead the business into its next chapter.

We're seeking a dynamic Head Chef and Venue Manager couple who are ready to take genuine ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue, supported by an experienced and established team.

For the right couple, there is plenty of scope to make the role their own and become increasingly invested in Aqua's future.

Located opposite the beautiful beaches of Angourie, Aqua Kitchen & Bar has built a fantastic reputation with both locals and visitors to the region.

Aqua is proudly 100% gluten, wheat and seed oil free, giving the business a unique position in the market and proving that gluten-free food doesn't need to feel like a compromise.

Our breakfast and lunch trade is strong year-round, supported by a loyal local following and visitors to the region. As you would expect from a destination like Angourie, holiday periods and peak tourist seasons are exceptionally busy. The standard of food is something we're incredibly proud of, and Aqua has established a reputation for serving some of the very best breakfast and lunch in the Clarence Valley.

We source locally wherever possible, with a strong focus on quality produce, generous food and consistently high standards.

The venue also hosts popular Sunday sessions with live music and traditional Texas BBQ, adding another dimension to an already thriving business.

Over the past two years, the owners have built Aqua's reputation, developed a secure and loyal clientele, established strong systems and assembled a great team.



The business is well established and runs smoothly, giving the right couple the opportunity to step in, bring their own energy and ideas, and put their own stamp on it.

We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, have exceptionally high standards and genuinely care about the food and experience they put in front of customers.

You'll need to be hands-on, motivated and comfortable leading a team, while also being excited by the freedom that comes with having genuine responsibility for an established venue.

This isn't simply about filling two positions. We're looking for a couple who want to become an important part of Aqua and are excited by the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
