Your role, your impact

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing, you’ll lead the brand, content and creative function while guiding a high-performing team. Your focus will be shaping a distinctive market presence, aligning commercial priorities with customer storytelling, and elevating the consistency and effectiveness of every brand interaction.

Specifically, you will;

- Define TAB’s brand strategy, positioning and creative direction
- Lead content strategy across owned, earned and paid channels
- Shape major campaigns, brand platforms and customer storytelling
- Partner across product, media and customer teams
- Guide agencies and external partners to high standards
- Build team capability,

What you'll need to succeed

You’re a strategic marketing leader who combines creativity, commercial thinking, and robust judgement. You know how to build brands that resonate with customers while navigating complexity, pace and regulatory requirements.

You'll ideally;

- Be experienced in brand, content or creative leadership
- Have proven ability to build distinctive customer-focused brands
- Strong capability influencing senior stakeholders and partners
- Ability to connect brand investment with commercial outcomes
- Experienced leading teams through growth and change
- Strong understanding of regulated customer environments would be highly advantageous
