About The Role MyCISO is building the SecurityOS for contemporary security leaders — replacing spreadsheets and fragmented tools with a single platform for risk, compliance, incidents, suppliers, metrics, and culture. We're looking for a Head of AI Engineering to lead our AI roadmap and manage our outsourced engineering team. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the CEO and shape how AI is embedded into a real SaaS product solving real customer problems.

The Role

You'll own the technical direction for AI across the MyCISO platform — from architecture and design through to delivery, quality, security, and scale. You'll work closely with leadership and product to identify high-value opportunities, turn them into production-ready features, and ensure our outsourced team delivers at a high standard.
