We are growing quickly, including into export markets such as India, China and Hong Kong, and we are building our team to take us there.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands on Head of Business Operations to take the day to day running of the business and build the operational foundations for our next stage of growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside our Head of Nutrition and Sales, you will own supply chain, logistics, operations, admin and people, freeing the CEO to focus on strategy, brand and clinical integrity.
Because our product is a food for special medical purposes and our customers are medical families, this role carries a level of care, sensitivity and regulatory complexity beyond a typical operations position.
This role is for someone who leads by doing. It is fully onsite at our Windsor office in Brisbane, parking is provided. It is not a remote or hybrid position.
