About the Role The Head of Department - Inclusive Education, leads programs, and support services that improve outcomes, engagement, and wellbeing for students with diverse learning needs. This includes overseeing intervention and support plans, coordinating adjustments and case management processes, managing NCCD compliance and reporting, and building staff capability in inclusive teaching practices. They will liaise with teachers in understanding student needs, making suitable adjustment where necessary.

The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, support staff, external agencies, and the College Leadership Team, to foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment that enables all students to achieve their potential.
