We're pleased to be partnering with a global financial services organisation to appoint a Head of Human Resources supporting a significant business division across Australia and New Zealand. Following a period of organisational transformation, this business is entering an exciting new phase focused on growth, simplification, digital innovation and building a high-performing culture.

Reporting to the HR Director, this newly created leadership role will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and deliver the people strategy across a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees. Leading a team of senior HR professionals, you will drive organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning and transformation while playing a key role in influencing culture and business performance.

What we're looking for:

- Demonstrated experience leading HR functions within large, complex organisations;
- Proven success leading organisational transformation and cultural change initiatives;
- Robust executive stakeholder management with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders;
- A resilient, commercially minded leader who combines empathy with accountability; and
- Financial services experience is advantageous; however, we welcome candidates from other large, complex and highly regulated organisations.
