An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Head of Risk & Compliance to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in the organisation's continued evolution.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to embed enterprise risk into strategic decision-making. Building on the existing enterprise risk framework, you'll lead the next phase of the organisation's risk maturity while strengthening governance, compliance, and organisational resilience.

You'll be a trusted adviser to the Executive and Board,
balancing sound governance with commercial judgement to support confident, informed decision-making.
About You
You're an experienced enterprise risk leader with the credibility to influence executives, Boards and senior stakeholders. Combining commercial judgement with strong technical capability, you're recognised for building relationships, challenging constructively and helping organisations make better strategic decisions.
You will ideally bring
- Enterprise risk, governance and resilience leadership
- Effective engagement with boards and executives
- Commercial judgement and strategic thinking
- Exceptional stakeholder influence and communication
Experience gained within financial services, infrastructure, government-owned corporations, qualified services, property, investment management or other complex regulated environments will be highly regarded.
