About The Role As the Head of Training Fellowship Support Program (FSP), you’ll lead the Medical Education team, oversee registrar training and supervision, and ensure delivery of high-quality education outcomes. Reporting to the FSP Director of Training or FSP Deputy Director of Training, you’ll guide strategy and mentor the medical education team to deliver FSP collaboration closely with the operations team.
This is a part-time, permanent contract with 0.6 FTE (3 days) to 0.7 FTE (3.5 days) available
As our Head of Training FSP, you'll also:
- Lead, mentor and manage the Medical Education team to foster excellence and innovation.
- Oversee registrar support, case management and education delivery.
- Guide supervisor development, training site accreditation and quality standards.
- Collaborate across RACGP teams and stakeholders to drive program success.
Skills & Experience
- RACGP Fellow (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership in medical education.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Skilled in registrar training and supervision.
- Experience as a RACGP CCE examiner
