Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare and clinical data. Your domain expertise will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and communicates complex health information — making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI. Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy and quality
Review and assess how AI interprets health information, identifying gaps, errors, or misleading outputs
Apply your expertise in EHR systems and clinical reporting to provide structured, expert feedback
Evaluate data pipelines, reporting logic, and health information system outputs for correctness and clinical relevance
Contribute to training datasets by annotating, rating, and improving AI responses on healthcare topics
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments Who You Are Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech), or clinical reporting platforms
Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
Solid understanding of clinical and administrative workflows in healthcare settings
Ability to evaluate complex health information and communicate findings clearly
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured evaluation guidelines
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, independent work setting Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in health informatics, clinical data management, or healthcare IT
Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
