The Opportunity

Support the delivery of health and safety initiatives, capability uplift and compliance outcomes across a selected business segment. You will partner with leaders to strengthen safety performance, culture and risk management practices. Partner with operational leaders to improve health and safety capability and culture

Provide specialist health and safety advice and support across the business

Support audits, assurance activities and regulator interactions

Implement health and safety standards, tools and improvement initiatives

Track and report health and safety performance and compliance activities About You You bring practical health and safety partnering experience in high-risk environments and enjoy influencing stakeholders to achieve safer outcomes. Postgraduate qualification (Minimum Cert IV) in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline

Minimum 5 years health and safety business partnering experience

Experience responding to safety incidents and supporting investigations

Knowledge of health and safety legislation, standards and best practice

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing capability

Experience supporting transformation or change programs
