Role Description This part-time remote Healthcare Supply Chain Specialist role supports the sourcing, procurement, and distribution of healthcare-related supplies and equipment for DEN Properties LLC’s operations and partners. The specialist will manage supplier relationships, track orders, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective supply availability.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing usage trends, and recommending adjustments to supply plans and reorder points. The role also involves reviewing invoices and contracts, supporting process improvements in supply chain workflows, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align supply needs with organizational goals. The specialist will prepare regular reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators and opportunities for efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to design, coordinate, and improve end-to-end healthcare supply processes.




- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and reduce waste or shortages across locations.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders, and to present clear updates and recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate supplier performance, and support decision-making with metrics and trends.
- Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, or related industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, supply chain or ERP software, and basic data reporting tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
