What your role will be:
- Performing routine inspections on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic faults.
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
- Responding to equipment failures and minimising downtime.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Keeping work areas clean and organised. About the Candidate - A trade certificate in either car/truck mechanics or diesel fitting
- Solid mechanical ability
- Pride in their work
- A strong safety focus
- Willingness to learn Work Setting - Permanent full-time position.
- Approx: 6:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings.
- Stable, long-term employment.
- Remuneration negotiable, reflective on applicants experience.
- Training provided for the right person transitioning from heavy diesel or truck mechanics.
