We've built a modern, purpose-designed workshop in Geraldton as part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, high-quality, and innovative working environment for our team. This facility is fully equipped with the latest tools, technology, and comfort features, reinforcing our focus on preventative maintenance, safety, and long-term asset care.

Based at our Geraldton depot, you’ll carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of Volvo and Mack heavy multi-combination vehicles, ensuring peak performance and maximum uptime.

Two roster options are available:

- Even time roster – 7 days, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off OR;
- 2:1 roster – 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off

Please indicate your preferred roster when applying. A Day in the Workshop Might Include:

- Maintaining equipment in line with OEM specifications and compliance standards
- Diagnosing faults accurately and safely
- Reporting emerging issues or faults to management
- Managing work orders and promptly responding to driver and workshop requests
- Completing documentation and inputting data accurately into systems

Qualifications

- C Class Driver’s Licence, or HR Licence (preferable)
- Minimum 2 years in maintenance & repair of heavy vehicle and/or trailers (Volvo & Mack preferable)




- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
- Experience in vehicle inspections and electric & repairs to heavy duty trucks and trailers
- Heavy vehicle authorised examiner certification (desirable but not essential)
- Willing to complete a pre-employment medical
- Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
