Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager ready to take the next step in your career? AWM Clayton is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, drive a strong safety culture, and ensure exceptional service outcomes for our customers. Working alongside a supportive and hardworking team, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and roster warehouse staff to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain safety systems, compliance standards, and safe work practices.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock handling, storage, and replenishment activities.
- Coordinate stocktakes, reconciliations, and inventory reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes.
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business and customer needs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Experience leading operations within a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment.
- Robust knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stocktakes, and logistics processes.
- Strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent planning,



organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑focused with a commitment to order accuracy and on‑time delivery.
- A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to balance operational involvement and team management.
- Electrical wholesale experience is preferred but not essential.
- Driver’s licence and Forklift licence required.
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role).
