This role allows for the opportunity to provide exceptional personalised service and a positive member experience filled with growth and passion. Along with exceptional service, this role requires maintaining and increasing the member base of the club.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of current business opportunities.
- Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales
- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Creating outstanding member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Opening and closing the club as per the club roster.
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.




- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
- Providing a positive member experience to new and existing members
- Commitment to club presentation, look and feel

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The essential skills & qualifications we are looking for:

- Gym or sales experience is highly regarded
- Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness is highly regarded
- First aid (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
- CPR (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
- Working with Vulnerable people check/Working with Children check (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
