We are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 7‑month contract in Brisbane, Fortitude Valley. This role offers great career prospects with a privately‑owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for the provision of high‑quality customer service to Laing O’Rourke staff and external partners. This will include logging and managing tickets, escalating appropriately and working with other IT teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will focus on:
- Manning phones for incoming calls
- Managing incoming tickets from email and on‑line sources
- Supporting users across a broad range of technologies
- Following documented processes to ensure maintenance of a highly secure IT environment.
About you
You will have the ability to work autonomously, with experience in the following:
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Office
