Due to the growth of the business an exciting opportunity exists for multiple experienced and highly motivated Line Chefs to join the team.These casual positions will suit suitably qualified people with passion and drive to maintain "The Stump's" outstanding reputation.
We will work with your availability, and if you would like a few shifts per week we can accommodate that too.
Demonstrated experience and the ability to succeed in the following areas will be highly regarded.
Menu development and planning.
Providing outstanding meals on a consistent basis.
Awareness of food safety and OHS legislation.
Team building and leadership.
A passion and love of good food.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Flair and love of creating great pizzas.
The successful applicants will have minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, be creative, inspirational & dedicated to the ongoing growth & development of the kitchen.
The Blazing Stump Hotel has a dedicated and stable kitchen team, and is looking to bring on board some more like-minded chefs.Team culture is important, you must lead by example and be adept at maintaining a positive team environment.
