About Bryta
Bryta is a clinician led cognitive motor training (CMT) service supporting adults 60+ living with dementia and cognitive decline or are hoping to maintain and improve their cognitive function.
We design our own programs and technology, including AI assisted clinical documentation and automated outcome reporting, so our physios spend their time with clients instead of paperwork.
We're a small, growing team where ideas are encouraged, tested, and implemented. Twice a year, the whole team takes part in hackathons to improve our programs and app.
Our clients come from both Home Care Packages and private referrals, with an established and supported caseload. There is no pressure to generate your own work.
The Role
This is a part time position (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week), with flexibility to negotiate full-time hours for the right person.
You'll deliver Bryta's cognitive motor training program across our Hawthorn East and Bentleigh clinics, as well as home visits across Melbourne's East and South suburbs.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering cognitive motor training sessions in clinic and in the community
- Managing a supported caseload of older adults with cognitive decline
- Completing AI assisted clinical documentation (low admin)
- Tracking outcomes using Bryta's technology platform
- Contributing to automated outcome letters for clients and referrers
- Participating in half yearly hackathons
- Managing your workload with flexibility in working hours within agreed service needs
Who We're Looking For
- AHPRA registered physiotherapist with 1–2+ years' experience. New Grads welcomed to apply as well.
- Curious about technology, innovation, and new models of care
- Interest in healthy ageing, neurology, or community based care
- Comfortable working independently on home visits
- Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Preferable if you live in the East or South suburbs, or are happy to drive to these areas
- Must have valid Australian work rights
