We are seeking a motivated and experienced Boilermaker to join a growing business specialising in steel fabrication and modular units. About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of boilermaking, welding and steel fabrication duties, contributing to the production and assembly of high-quality modular units and steel components.

You will work closely with the leadership team and wider production team, using your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to support day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication and welding of structural steel and metal components.
- Steel fabrication and assembly associated with modular units.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- MIG welding and general fabrication duties.
- Assembly of steel structures and components.
- Operating workshop equipment and tools safely.
- Identifying and resolving technical and production challenges efficiently.




- Working closely with the leadership and production teams.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and workplace safety.

About You

- Trade qualified Boilermaker/Welder or able to demonstrate relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with structural steel and fabrication.
- Strong MIG welding and general fabrication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Reliable, proactive and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to pass relevant pre-employment assessments where required.
- Full Australian working rights.
