We are looking for a Brand and Campaign Coordinator to join our Marketing team and support the delivery of Shaver Shop’s promotional, brand, content and social marketing activity at our Chadstone Office.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working across campaigns, content, social media, suppliers and agencies, while keeping a strong focus on timelines, execution and commercial outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Customer Experience, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of Shaver Shop’s marketing activity across key trading moments, product launches, supplier campaigns, social media, local area marketing and brand initiatives.

You will work closely with Buying, Merchandise, Retail Operations, Finance, agencies, supplier partners and influencers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and aligned to commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of the marketing trading plan
- Coordinating campaign calendars, timelines, budgets and agency briefs
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure campaigns are optimised across stores and online
- Supporting content planning across key trading moments, product launches and brand storytelling
- Coordinating content creation and editing with internal teams and external agencies
- Supporting social media planning, influencer activity and social content execution
- Monitoring social trends, competitor activity and campaign performance
- Supporting supplier and brand partner marketing activity
- Assisting with local area marketing activity for new stores and key locations
- Tracking campaign performance, KPIs and ROI across relevant channels




- Preparing reports, insights and recommendations to improve future campaign activity

You are organised, creative and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You enjoy bringing campaigns to life, working with different stakeholders and balancing creative ideas with strong execution. You are comfortable working to deadlines, coordinating moving parts and using data and insights to improve marketing outcomes.

You will bring energy, accountability and a willingness to learn, together with the confidence to work across internal teams, agencies and supplier partners.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in marketing, campaign coordination, brand marketing, social media or retail marketing
- Solid coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and competing priorities
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital, social, in‑store and/or owned channels
- Understanding of social media platforms, content planning and influencer activity
- Ability to work with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret campaign performance and support reporting requirements
- Commercial mindset with an interest in retail, customer behaviour and sales outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, promotional retail environment
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related field will be highly regarded
