The Opportunity

This is a genuine greenfield opportunity for someone who wants more than another claims management role.

You’ll take ownership of developing a best-practice claims framework while providing exceptional advocacy for clients throughout every stage of the claims journey.

You’ll partner closely with insurers, loss adjusters, legal representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes, while continuously improving the way claims are managed across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Designing and implementing a best-practice claims management framework.

- Developing scalable claims processes, workflows and service standards.

- Managing commercial insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement.

- Acting as a trusted advocate for clients, ensuring fair and timely claim outcomes.

- Building strong relationships with insurers, assessors, loss adjusters and legal representatives.

- Providing technical claims advice and support to brokers and internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring claims performance, reporting and governance.

- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the client experience.

- Contributing to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the insurance division.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines solid technical capability with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve the best possible outcome.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing general insurance claims within an insurance brokerage.

- Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance claims.





- A thorough understanding of insurer processes and claims management practices.

- Demonstrated experience improving or developing claims processes and operational frameworks.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- A commercial mindset balanced with empathy and exceptional customer service.

- The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
