About The Role

Join a growing Business Advisory team in Mildura working across a varied client portfolio - SMEs, trusts, partnerships and private companies. Real client exposure, hands‑on work, and scope to grow as fast as your ambition allows. Whether you're mid-CA or recently qualified, this firm will invest in your development.

What You Will Be Doing

- Preparing income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
- CGT, FBT & Division 7A calculations
- Tax planning and management accounting for business clients
- Direct client liaison and ATO correspondence
- Mentoring junior staff (if senior) and contributing to a collaborative team culture





What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years experience in public practice
- CA or CPA qualified (or progressing) - study support provided
- Solid grounding in Australian tax compliance across entity types
- Confident with Xero and XPM
- Strong communicator who can hold a room with clients and colleagues alike
