AMIGA Montessori is looking for a confident, warm and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Wyndham Vale service.

About the role

As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while inspiring a positive, professional and child-focused team culture. You will work closely with your Area Manager, Head of Operations, People & Culture and Pedagogy team to ensure the service is operating to a high standard across compliance, occupancy, staffing, family engagement and educational practice. You will be responsible for supporting your team, building strong relationships with families and ensuring the centre reflects AMIGA’s values, expectations and commitment to child safety.

About you

You are a strong and steady leader who understands that quality early learning starts with safe, capable and supported teams. You are confident in having meaningful conversations, leading performance, supporting educators and making decisions that place children’s safety, wellbeing and learning first.

To be successful, you will have:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or above
- Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education and care
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF/VEYLF and compliance requirements
- A genuine commitment to child safety and the Victorian Child Protected Standards
- Confidence leading teams,



managing performance and supporting professional growth
- Ability to build strong relationships with families, children, educators and the wider community
- Understanding of centre operations, including occupancy, rosters, staffing and business performance
- A warm, professional and solutions-focused leadership style
