Warehouse and Customer Service Assistant

Earthing Oz is a health and wellness retailer based on a farm warehouse at Castle Doyle, about 10 minutes out of Armidale. We are looking for a reliable, detail focused person to help run the day to day operations of the warehouse.

This is an in person role. You will handle orders from pick and pack through to dispatch, manage stock, run local pickups and drop offs in Armidale, and help our customers by phone and email.

What you will do

- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders




- Process returns
- Pick up stock and drop off packages in Armidale
- Stocktaking and stock management
- Customer service by phone and email

What we are looking for

- High attention to detail
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle (the warehouse is rural, with no public transport, and the role includes local pickups and drop offs)
- An interest in health and wellness is a bonus, not essential

Hours and location

- 20 to 30 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
- On site at our farm warehouse, Castle Doyle, 10 mins from Armidale
- This is not a remote or hybrid role

Pay and start date

- A$30 to A$35 per hour, depending on experience
- Start date: From August
