Ampelite Australia Pty Ltd is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Victorian team based in Dandenong South.

The Role:

Ampelite is seeking an experienced Customer Service (Office)/Data Entry Officer to join our already successful team in a permanent full time position. Hours are varied between 7.30am - 5.00pm.

Key duties will include:

- Receiving inbound calls to take customer orders
- Liaising with customers regarding orders and deliveries
- Handling orders received via email and EDI




- Data entry of a high volume of customer orders
- Internal liaison with despatch, sales and finance staff
- Administration as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a qualified phone manner
- Strong data entry speed and accuracy
- Experience in high volume data entry of customer orders
- High attention to detail
- Background in similar positions
