Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised Spare Parts Coordinator to manage spare parts enquiries, order processing, inventory control, and customer support. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely supply of parts, maintaining stock levels, coordinating freight, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting efficient warehouse operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process spare parts enquiries, quotations, and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, dispatch, and coordinate freight to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock control, and procurement of non-standard parts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing technical support and order updates.
- Complete all required documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and WHS standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while working collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Experience in spare parts, inventory, warehouse, or logistics coordination.
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Inventory management and order processing experience.
- Proficient with ERP systems (SAP desirable), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
