We're looking for a dynamic and people-focused General Manager. to lead our Victorian & NSW operations.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multi-site workforce operations, major client relationships, worker welfare, compliance, safety, and business performance across Victoria and regional NSW.

We are seeking a leader who is equally comfortable in the field as they are in the boardroom—someone who leads from the front, builds strong teams, and creates trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You'll Bring

- Labour Hire and/or PALM Scheme experience
- Strong Workplace Health & Safety leadership
- Experience managing geographically dispersed workforces
- Proven success leading multi-site operations
- Experience working with large national clients and key stakeholders
- Strong people leadership, coaching and accountability skills
- Commercial awareness and operational management capability




- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Victoria and regional NSW

Highly Regarded

Knowledge of Victorian Labour Hire Licensing requirements, prescribed accommodation standards and PALM Scheme obligations. However, we are primarily seeking an exceptional people leader with strong operational capability and stakeholder management skills.
