This is an exciting opportunity to join a high profile transformation program with 6-7 strategic initiatives either underway or being established.
The successful candidate will initially lead change activities for a Proof of Concept within a key business unit before supporting the broader enterprise rollout as the program evolves.

- Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training and business readiness activities.
- Drive organisational readiness for the implementation of new workforce safety, compliance and operational systems.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop and embed standardised operating models and improved business processes.
- Assess organisational impacts, manage change risks and support successful transition into business-as-usual.
- Drive user adoption and behavioural change across complex, rapid-paced business environments.
- Provide strategic change leadership and advice to Program Directors, General Managers and executive stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will have
- Extensive experience as a Senior Change Manager delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Previous experience implementing workforce safety, compliance or operational technology platforms would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience developing business readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement and training strategies.
- Experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering or other asset-intensive industries will be highly regarded.
