This role is open to candidates based in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation.
- Working within a cross-functional team to lead change management deliverables and activities.
- Articulate a compelling case for change, coaching Change Sponsors (and project teams) on messaging, influence, and leading effective change.
- Setting up and developing a Change Network to 'Champion' the change and facilitate two-way communication.
- Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption.
- Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data-driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change.
- Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing.
- Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications approach.
- Development and execution of training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change.
- Assessment of organisational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps.
- Management of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program.
- Executing change, communications and training strategy.
Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of change management frameworks and methods.
- Expert knowledge in two or more areas of change capability, with exposure to end-to-end change initiatives in the technology space advantageous.
- Ability to lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, learning and other streams of change work.
- Ability to develop videos and other creative communication content.
- Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials (skills in using online learning tools are welcome).
- Effective interpersonal skills.

- Structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies, e.g., M365, SharePoint, Dynamics (preferred but not essential).
