About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team performance, and strong financial results. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Create staff rosters and manage labour costs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor sales, budgets, and business performance
- Manage stock ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service




- Drive sales through effective leadership and local marketing initiatives

About You

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and basic cocktail and wine knowledge
