As Team Leader Care Services, you will provideleadership, guidance and operational oversight across Home Based Care andTherapeutic Foster Care programs, ensuring services are child-focused,trauma-informed, culturally safe and outcomes-driven.

About the Role

As a Team Leader Care Services – Home BasedCare & Therapeutic Foster Care, you will:

- Lead and coordinate Home Based Care and Therapeutic Foster Careprograms, ensuring high-quality, child-focused and culturally safe servicedelivery.
- Provide leadership, supervision and practice guidance tocaseworkers and senior practitioners, supporting effective case managementand positive client outcomes.
- Oversee program performance, compliance, quality improvement andcontractual requirements, ensuring services meet funding and regulatoryobligations.
- Foster therapeutic, trauma-informed practice and collaborate withchildren, carers, families and stakeholders to promote safety, wellbeingand stability.

Position Details

- Full time, fixed term position until 26 February2027
- 1 FTE working 76 hours per fortnight
- $125,021 p/a + Super + SalaryPackaging

What We’re Looking For

Wevalue individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles.To succeed in this position, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Social Work,Psychology or a related discipline,



with substantial experience coordinatingand managing complex human services programs.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislative,regulatory and funding frameworks, with demonstrated responsibility forsupporting compliance within service delivery and operational practice.
- Proven experience providing leadership andsupervision within complex service environments, including settingexpectations, supporting accountability, and contributing to workforcecapability and development.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate serviceoperations, implement organisational strategies, and develop systems andprocesses that support service quality, consistency and sustainability.
- Highly developed interpersonal andcommunication skills, with experience building effective internal and externalrelationships and preparing clear reports and advice to support operational decision‑makingand continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated capability to contribute toservice governance, risk management and quality improvement in line withorganisational and funding requirements.
