Role Description The Help Desk Analyst at Juris-Lab is a part-time, remote role focused on providing day-to-day technical and customer support. The analyst documents incidents, solutions, and recurring problems, and escalates complex issues to senior technical staff when needed.
Typical tasks include guiding users through step-by-step resolutions, updating knowledge base articles, monitoring system performance alerts, and following established procedures to ensure timely, accurate, and respectful support. The role also includes collaborating with team members to improve support processes and maintain consistent service levels.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills for resolving user issues and managing support requests.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Candidates should possess practical experience with Desktop Computers, operating systems, and common office software.
Candidates should possess Customer Support skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide a positive user experience.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and basic networking concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote workplace are required.
Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role and relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+ or similar) are preferred but not mandatory.
