The Job

To provide a caring, secure environment, through individual attention and group activities and to organise an appropriate range of activities for children from the age of 3-12 years To provide safe, creative and appropriate play opportunities including preparing activities, organization programmes and arranging equipment To supervise Play Workers, Play Leaders and support other team members To be aware of and act in accordance with current legislation, valuable practice and club policies and procedures To promote the high standards of the club at all times to parents, staff and visitors To report back to the Directors as required with information relating to staff, children, activities and quality of the provision

The Commitment

This role is available for Mondays-Fridays of the school holidays only, excluding bank holidays. Hours are from 8am-6pm per day, flexible working hours may be available.





Salary And Benefits

GBP14-GBP16 per hour depending on experience. Free childcare for your own children aged 3-12 years.

We Are Looking For

Someone who loves to see children of all ages enjoying different activities and having fun. You'll be friendly and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work closely with the Directors to ensure that the club organisation and administration is of the highest quality.
- Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare (Essential)
- Experience working with children in a fast paced environment (Essential)
- Knowledge of safeguarding (Essential)
- Experience of working in an Early Years setting (Essential)
- Paediatric First Aid training (Preferred)
- Management experience within childcare (Essential)
