As part of our Community Care team, you’ll have the prospect to build genuine connections with older people and support them to continue living independently, safely and confidently in their own homes.Every day is different. Provide personal care, domestic assistance and social support to clients in their homes.

Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and attending appointments.

Build positive and respectful relationships with clients and support their individual preferences and needs.

Encourage clients to remain socially connected and participate in recreational and community activities.

Monitor client wellbeing and promptly report any changes or concerns.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Work collaboratively with Care Partners and the broader care team to provide high-quality, person-centred support.

Deliver services in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.





Skills & Qualifications

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification (Essential).

Minimum 1 year's experience supporting older people or vulnerable members of the community.

A warm, compassionate and respectful approach, with a genuine interest in supporting others.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Understanding of person-centred care and the individual needs of older people.

Ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Current NSW Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required).

Additional language skills are highly valued, particularly Chinese, Greek or Arabic, enabling you to connect with and support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
