We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to help ensure that hospital data used in AI training is accurate, trusted, compliant, and ready for clinical, regulatory, and analytical use. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate and apply governance standards to ensure hospital health data is accurate, consistent, and secure
Assess data quality frameworks across clinical, operational, and administrative data domains
Identify gaps in data policies, workflows, and controls — and recommend practical improvements
Review and validate data governance documentation for compliance with healthcare regulatory frameworks including HIPAA
Work across clinical, IT, and compliance contexts to align data policies and ensure appropriate data use
Support the development of high-quality, governed health data assets suitable for AI model training and evaluation
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in healthcare data governance, data management, or clinical data operations within a hospital or health system setting
Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements — especially HIPAA
Able to evaluate data quality, consistency, and governance controls across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and administrative perspectives
Detail-oriented and systematic in your approach — you spot data integrity issues others miss
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without direct supervision Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training datasets
Background in health informatics, clinical data management, or healthcare compliance
Familiarity with EHR systems, data dictionaries, or healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
