Hostess

Bar Pacino is looking for a warm, friendly, and organised Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll greet and seat customers, manage our reservation system, ensure smooth front-of-house operations, and assist our Events Coordinator with preparing the venue for functions and special events.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly greeting all guests on arrival and creating a positive first impression

- Managing reservations and walk-ins using the seating plan

- Coordinating guest seating to ensure smooth service flow

- Using our reservations system to manage daily bookings, assign tables accurately, and optimise seating arrangements for each service

- Communicating closely with floor staff, management, and the kitchen

- Handling guest enquiries and resolving minor issues with professionalism

- Maintaining a calm, organised presence during busy service periods

Key Skills & Attributes

FOH Staff

We are also looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a rapid-paced environment,



and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

- Providing warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently

- Delivering food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards

- Actively monitoring tables and anticipating guest needs

- Assisting with setup, pack-down, and maintaining a clean, organised venue

- Working closely with the bar, kitchen, and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service

- Upholding venue standards and contributing positively to team culture
