Qualified HOTEL MOTEL MANAGER

Full Time Position

Salary $110,000 and $130,000 depending on experience

We are curently have vacancy for qualfied HOTEL MOTEL MANAGER, the position is Kalgoorlie based and not FIFO.

Duties are included as below but not limited, please contact us for detailed duties:

- Manage Daily Operation of the hotel/motel
- Supervisor all staff from kitchen, bar and accommodation departments
- Prepare and Manage Budgets and Reports
- Train staff when required
- Implement Policies and Procedures
- Ensure compliance with licencing, workplace safety and hospitality regulations
- Arrange maintenance repairs when required and promptly
- Maintain Health regulations

Skills and Qualifications

- Previous Experience in Hotel/Motel Management
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication skills




- Strong leadership
- Financial knowledge in budgets
- Team Management Skills
- Able to work flexible schedule- including public holiday and weekends

Working Conditions

- Full-time position
- May require shift work
- Office based work – with hands on daily interaction with all department of the hotel/motel
