Come and join our HR Support Services team at EBOS Group as a customer-focused Human Resources (HR) Administrator. Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, you will support a broad range of HR administration activities, including HR enquiries, systems support, training coordination, onboarding, employee documentation and people programs. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career in a supportive and experienced team.
You will learn on the job, work with stakeholders across the business and gain practical experience across HR operations. You must be able to start at 7.00am, typically one week per month on a rotating roster, to support Recent Zealand business hours.
What You Will Do: HR support: Provide first-level support for HR, policy and systems enquiries;
Training & development: Coordinate training programs, surveys, providers and learning activities;
Employee documentation: Prepare contracts, letters and HR documentation with accuracy and attention to detail;
Talent & onboarding: Support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities for new starters;
HR systems: Maintain employee records and support HRIS administration;
People programs: Assist with benefits, projects and broader HR initiatives across the business.
What We Are Looking For: HR foundation: HR qualification and administration experience; Systems confidence: Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Customer focus:
Strong communication skills and a service-focused approach;
Attention to detail: High levels of accuracy and problem-solving capability;
Organisation: Ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume administration;
