As a HR Administration Officer, you will:
- Help create outstanding first impressions by supporting recruitment, selection and onboarding activities that welcome new employees to Meli.
- Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including phone screening, interview scheduling, assessment centre coordination, contract generation and onboarding processes.
- Champion quality and compliance by conducting pre-employment checks and ensuring employee records and HR systems are accurate, up to date and audit-ready.
- Work closely with candidates, hiring managers and the People & Capability team to deliver a smooth, positive and people-focused employee experience.

Position Details
- Full-time, fixed term position until 29 January 2027
- 1 FTE working 38 hours per week
- $80,186 - $85,956 p/a based on qualifications, skills & experience + Super & Salary Packaging
What We’re Looking For We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- Minimum Certificate III in Administration/Business/Human Resources or relevant extensive industry experience
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity within a human resources function
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Attention to detail, maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Well-developed understanding and experience in delivering recruitment and selection processes
- Understanding of and experience using Human Resource Information Systems, e-recruitment systems and workflows
