We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and deliver practical, business-aligned people solutions within our complex Consulting stream at TechnologyOne.

This is a permanent opportunity.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders across workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations, leadership capability, talent development and data-led decision-making. You'll provide hands-on advisory support, lead strategic people initiatives, coach leaders through complex matters and help shape people strategies that enable high-performing teams and a strong, values-led culture.

What you'll be doing…

- Deliver and embed P&C; strategies to achieve business objectives and specific people priorities.
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor across workforce planning, recognition and reward, change, and data-led decision-making.
- Advise on P&C; policies, employment legislation, and risk management.
- Promote leadership excellence through coaching and capability development.
- Provide practical and strategic advice to build leadership capability, support sound decision-making, and mitigate people-related risks.
- Lead organisational change initiatives, guiding communication and processes.
- Role model collaboration and accountability.
- Collaborate with Recruitment to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Support leaders in talent mapping, succession planning, and development frameworks.
- Champion innovative approaches to people management aligned with business strategies.
- Use data and insights to drive decision-making and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Constructively challenge decisions to align with organisational values.
- Foster a shared mindset that drives continuous improvement and success.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing People & Culture team aligned with our culture and values.
- Allocate resources effectively,

Your Talents…

- Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, People & Culture Business Partner, or similar advisory role, with the role level to be aligned to your experience.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of employment relations, industrial relations, HR policies, and contemporary people practices.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use insights to support people outcomes and business priorities.
