We are currently looking for Production Team Members to join our team ASAP on a 3-Month Fixed Term Contract. With opportunities available to work on either our Day, Afternoon or Night shifts - you will be learning new skills and contributing to a world class operation.

We are seeking multiple people to join us on a 3-month contract with an immediate start, working across our below fixed shifts, Monday - Friday:

Day shift: 7:00am - 3:05pm @ $29.70

Afternoon shift: 3:00pm - 11:05pm @ $29.70 + 15% shift loading

Night shift: 11:00pm - 7:05am @ $29.70 + 30% shift loading

What you’ll do

Responsible for performing process operations in designated work area

Clean, inspect and assemble tooling or mechanical appliances in work area

Stay compliant to our safety and quality requirements

Perform in-process quality checks as instructed and directed





Maximise production efficiencies and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement through waste elimination in our processes

Interpret production documentation and identifying machine/quality issues

What you'll bring

Experience in process manufacturing environments and/or automotive manufacturing environments desirable

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop

Meticulous with quality with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage time effectively

Enthusiastic, conscientious, and hard working

Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 15kgs repetitively
