We’re seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to lead our national wholesale sales team across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll lead our national Sales Representative team, drive wholesale sales performance and strengthen customer partnerships across our portfolio of premium equestrian, western and lifestyle brands.

The Opportunity

Lead our national Sales Representative team and drive the execution of our wholesale sales strategy across Australia and Recent Zealand. The role includes regular travel throughout Australia and New Zealand to support the sales team, build customer relationships and attend sales meetings and industry events.

Working closely with the Head of Sales, Heads of Brands and Product Managers, you'll contribute to strategic sales initiatives, commercial planning and the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Drive wholesale sales performance, customer growth and new business opportunities.
- Execute wholesale sales strategies, seasonal initiatives and customer programs.
- Monitor territory performance, customer coverage and sales pipeline activity.
- Recruit,



develop and lead a high-performing Sales Representative team.
- Analyse sales performance, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.
- Lead quarterly sales meetings and support execution of business initiatives.

About You

You're a commercially driven sales leader who enjoys achieving results, building solid customer relationships and leading high-performing teams.

You will ideally bring:

- Demonstrated experience leading remote sales teams.
- Proven success achieving sales growth and commercial outcomes.
- Strong leadership, coaching and commercial decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Experience within wholesale, apparel, footwear, retail and/or the equestrian and western industries will be highly regarded.

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

A current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand.
