This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Principal Dentist, Dr Mohit Dubey, and our experienced clinicians, assisting with a broad range of treatments including general dentistry, implant surgery and advanced restorative procedures.

About the Role

As an integral member of our clinical team, you will:

Assist our dentists during a wide variety of general and surgical procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms and instruments to the highest clinical standards.

Maintain exceptional infection control and sterilisation protocols.

Support patients with warmth, empathy and professionalism throughout their appointments.

Assist with stock management and ensure the clinical environment remains organised and efficient.

Work closely with both our clinical and reception teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

About You

We're seeking someone with a minimum of two years' Dental Assisting experience who demonstrates:

A strong understanding of infection control,



sterilisation and clinical protocols.

Confidence assisting across a range of general and surgical dental procedures.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

A reliable, honest and accountable approach to their work.

The confidence to use initiative and remain calm under pressure in a busy clinical environment.

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.

A caring and empathetic nature, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and well cared for.

A positive attitude towards receiving feedback and using it as an prospect for continuous improvement.

A genuine desire to continue learning, develop new clinical skills and grow within the practice.

Minimum two years' Dental Assisting experience preferred.

Full Australian working rights.
