Faircloth & Reynolds is on the lookout for experienced and qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Technicians to join our growing Service Team in South East Queensland.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the service and maintenance of a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including industrial cold storage and large-scale HVAC plant.

With a broad and interesting client base, no two days are the same. Our technicians enjoy a variety of challenging work and ongoing learning opportunities.

- Excellent at diagnosing and repairing HVAC-R systems
- Skilled in communicating with clients and colleagues
- Organised, safety-focused, and take pride in their work

Essential Criteria

- Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration & HVAC systems
- Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills




- Good time management and professional presentation
- Willingness to work overtime and on call on a rotating roster
- Permanent work rights in Australia

Required Licences & Qualifications

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- QBCC Mechanical Services Licence
- Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Driver’s Licence
- White Card

Desirable (Not Essential)

- Working at Heights
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
- Confined Space Certification
