About the Role

SC Johnson Professional is seeking an experienced Digital Commerce & Systems Integration Lead (internally graded as Associate Manager) to lead the delivery and ongoing management of a multi-phase digital transformation program across websites, systems integration, CRM, marketing automation, and B2B e-commerce platforms.

In this newly created role, you'll build and manage a connected digital ecosystem that leverages AI to drive lead generation, customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth while owning the company's B2B e-commerce capability across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical digital transformation initiatives across website, systems integration and e-commerce workstreams
- Manage digital platforms and their technical integration across marketing, sales, CRM, ERP/SAP, and e-commerce platformsCMS administration, enabling scalable content management and streamlined customer experiences
- Drive B2B e-commerce growth and optimise the customer journey from digital lead generation through to sales conversion
- Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into digital performance, lead flow, conversion, ROI, and revenue outcomes




- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams to deliver integrated digital solutions
- Manage agency partners, vendors, and project budgets while ensuring milestones, quality standards and timelines are achieved

About You

- 5+ years' experience in technical digital marketing, e-commerce, digital transformation, or systems integration roles
- Experience delivering complex digital projects and managing external delivery partners
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on exposure to CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and ERP/SAP platforms
- Experience building B2B e-commerce capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards and management reportingA commercially minded, data-driven approach with excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Must be Covid-19 vaccinated
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Perm Resident based in Sydney, able to work from Lane Cove
